Notecal AI started because I couldn’t find a food tracking app I wanted to keep using. Logging a meal took too long, and photo estimates often needed more corrections than they saved me. I wanted a simpler way to keep track of what I ate.

I started writing my meals in iPhone Notes and pasting them into ChatGPT to estimate calories and macros. It was simple enough to stick with, and friends from the gym started doing the same. That became the idea behind Notecal AI: a food tracker that feels like writing a note.

I built the app around that habit. People write what they ate in their own words, get calorie and macro estimates, and adjust portions or details when needed. The focus has been on making everyday logging straightforward, with fewer steps between eating a meal and recording it.

I continue to work across product and development, using feedback to improve how the app understands food and how easily people can make corrections. The goal stays the same: make food tracking easier to keep up with.

Calories, tracked like a note (opens in a new tab)

ChrossX started with a conversation on Discord. Friends were paying for crosshair overlays but still dealing with high prices, heavy RAM use, and complicated setup. I saw a clear problem I could solve, built a simpler version, and put it in their hands that same day.

What started as a tool for friends grew into a product for PC gamers, shaped by their feedback. I focused on what mattered most: low resource use, minimal setup, and affordable pricing. Players can choose a crosshair or create their own, with unlimited customization included at no extra cost. No watermarks. No subscriptions.

ChrossX reached over 40,000 downloads in its first month and now has a community of 500+ daily active users. I’ve since taken it from a free tool to a paid product, balancing player needs, technical decisions, and the cost of keeping it running.

Today, we’re a team of two, preparing releases on Steam and other gaming platforms and building connections with gaming communities. I continue to work across product and development, turning player feedback into practical improvements while keeping ChrossX simple, lightweight, and affordable.

Weylo started while I was planning my own wedding. Finding suppliers meant jumping between websites, social media, and messages, often without enough information to compare them. I wanted a simpler way to find the right people, so I started building one.

Today, Weylo brings wedding suppliers across Romania into one place. Couples can explore portfolios, compare price ranges, save their favorites, and contact suppliers directly. Suppliers can create a profile, publish their services, and manage their listings from their own dashboard.

I’ve built both sides of the platform, from helping couples narrow their search to giving suppliers tools to manage reviews, track interest in their services, and promote their listings. Publishing is free, with optional paid promotion and no commission on the work suppliers book through Weylo.

I continue to work across product and development, improving how people discover suppliers and how suppliers present their businesses. The focus remains simple: less time searching, clearer information, and direct conversations between couples and the people helping them plan their wedding.

Finding the right people (opens in a new tab)

Finding Christian events in Romania often meant relying on word of mouth, scattered websites, or social media. I built Evenimente Creștine to bring those events into one place and make them easier to find.

It quickly became the go-to platform for Christian events in Romania, and we partnered with major organizers within the first few months after launch.

The platform helps organizers publish and promote their events, while making it easy for people to find conferences, concerts, camps, and other gatherings. I work across product and development, keeping the experience simple for both organizers and attendees.

Next, I’m expanding beyond Romania and working toward live streaming, ticketing, and a mobile app, while continuing to build relationships with churches and organizers.
